Samson went to Gaza and saw a prostitute there , and he went to her .

Далида сказала Самсону : « Ты всё обманываешь меня и говоришь ложь . Скажи мне , чем бы связать тебя ? » Он сказал ей : « Если ты вплетёшь семь кос моей головы вместе с нитями в ткань и прибьёшь её гвоздём » .

She said to him , " How can you say , ' I love you , ' when you do not share your secrets with me ? You have mocked me these⟡ three times and have not told me how you have such great strength . "

The Philistines captured him and put out his eyes . They brought him down to Gaza and bound him with bronze shackles . He turned the millstone at the prison house .

И когда развеселилось их сердце , сказали : « Позовите Самсона , пусть он позабавит нас » . Позвали Самсона из дома заключённых , и он забавлял их . И поставили его между столбами .

Samson said to the boy who held his hand , " Permit me to touch the pillars on which the building rests , so that I can lean against them . "

И обратился Самсон к Господу : « Господь Бог ! Вспомни меня и укрепи меня только теперь , о Бог ! Чтобы мне в один раз отомстить филистимлянам за два мои глаза » .

Samson held on to the two middle pillars on which the building rested , and he leaned against them , one pillar with his right hand , and the other with his left .
И сдвинул Самсон с места два средних столба , на которых был утверждён дом , упёршись в них : в один своей правой рукой , а в другой — левой .

И сказал Самсон : « Умри , моя душа , с филистимлянами ! » Он упёрся всей силой , и обрушился дом на князей и на весь народ , который был в нём . Умерших , которых Самсон убил при своей смерти , было больше , чем он убил при своей жизни .
