" See , I am about to send⟡ my messenger , and he will prepare the way before me . Then the Lord , whom you seek , will suddenly come to his temple . The messenger of the covenant in whom you delight , see , he will come , " says Yahweh of hosts .
“ हेर , म आफ्नो समाचारवाहक पठाउँदै छु , र तिनले मेरो अगि बाटो तयार पार्नेछन् । अनि तिमीहरूले खोजेका प्रभु एक्‍कासी आफ्नो मन्दिरमा आउनेछन् । करारका समाचारवाहक जसमा तिमीहरू रमाहट गर्दछौ , हेर , तिनी आउनेछन् , ” सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ ।

But who will be able to endure the day of his coming ? Who will be able to stand when he appears ? For he will be like a refiner 's fire and like laundry soap .
तर उहाँको आगमनको दिन कसले सहन सक्छ र ? उहाँ आउनुहुँदा को खडा हुन सक्छ र ? किनभने उहाँ सुनारको आगो र धोबीको साबूनझैँ हुनुहुनेछ ।

He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver , and he will purify the sons of Levi . He will refine them like gold and silver , and they will bring offerings of righteousness to Yahweh .
उहाँ चाँदी खार्ने र सफा गर्नेझैँ गरी बस्‍नुहुनेछ , र उहाँले लेवीका छोराहरूलाई शुद्ध पार्नुहुनेछ । उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई सुन र चाँदीलाई झैँ खार्नुहुनेछ , र तिनीहरूले धार्मिकताका भेटीहरू परमप्रभुकहाँ ल्याउनेछन् ।

Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to Yahweh , as in the days of old , and as in ancient years .
त्यसपछि यहूदा र यरूशलेमको भेटी , पुराना दिनमा झैँ , र प्राचीन वर्षहरूमा झैँ परमप्रभुको निम्ति प्रसन्‍न तुल्याउने किसिमको हुनेछ ।

" Then I will approach you for judgment . I will quickly become a witness against the sorcerers , the adulterers , the false witnesses⟡ , and against those who oppress the hired worker in his wages , those who oppress the widow and the fatherless , against those who turn away the foreigner , and against those who do not honor me , " says Yahweh of hosts .
“ अनि न्यायको निम्ति म तिमीहरूको नजिक आउनेछु । टुनामुना गर्नेहरू , व्यभिचारीहरू , झुटा साक्षी दिनेहरू , ज्यालादारीमा काम गर्ने श्रमिक , विधवा र टुहुरा - टुहुरीलाई दमन गर्नेहरू , परदेशीहरूलाई सहायता नगर्नेहरू , र मलाई आदर नगर्नेहरूका विरुद्ध म नै साक्षी हुनेछु , ” सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ ।

From the days of your fathers you have turned aside from my ordinances and have not kept them . Return to me , and I will return to you , " says Yahweh of hosts . " But you say , ' How will we return ? '
तिमीहरूका पिता - पुर्खाका समयदेखि नै तिमीहरू मेरा आज्ञाहरूबाट टाढा गएका छौ र ती पालना गरेका छैनौ । मकहाँ फर्क र म तिमीहरूकहाँ फर्कनेछु , ” सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ । “ तर तिमीहरू भन्छौ , ‘ हामी कसरी फर्कने ? ’

Would a person rob God ? Yet you are robbing me . But you say , ' How have we robbed you ? ' In tithes and offerings .
के कुनै मानिसले परमेश्‍वरलाई लुट्छ ? तर तिमीहरूले मलाई लुटिरहेका छौ । तर तिमीहरू भन्छौ , ‘ हामीले कसरी तपाईंलाई लुटेका छौँ ? ’ दशांश र भेटीमा ।

You are cursed with a curse , for you are robbing me , the whole nation .
तिमीहरू श्रापित भएका छौ , किनभने तिमीहरू सारा जातिले मलाई लुटिरहेका छौ ।

भण्डारमा पूर्ण दशांश ल्याओ , ताकि मेरो भवनमा भोजन होस् , र मैले स्वर्गका ढोकाहरू खोलेर तिमीहरूकहाँ राख्‍ने ठाउँ नहुनेसम्‍म गरी तिमीहरूमाथि आशिष् खन्याउँछु , कि खन्याउँदिन , यसमा मलाई जाँचेर हेर , ” सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ ।

I will speak against those who destroy your crops , so that they do not destroy the harvest of your land . Your vines in the fields will not lose their fruit , " says Yahweh of hosts .
“ तिमीहरूका बालीहरू नष्‍ट गर्नेहरूको विरुद्ध म बोल्नेछु , ताकि तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूका भूमिको जम्‍मै फसल नष्‍ट नगरून् । भूमिका तिमीहरूका दाखको बोटले आफ्ना फल गुमाउनेछैनन् , ” सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ ।

" All the nations will call you blessed , for you will be a land of delight , " says Yahweh of hosts .

You have said , ' It is useless to serve God . What profit is it that we have kept his requirements or walked mournfully before Yahweh of hosts ?
तिमीहरूले भनेका छौ , ‘ परमेश्‍वरको सेवा गर्नु व्यर्थ छ । हामीले उहाँले भनेअनुसार गरेर वा सेनाहरूहरूका परमप्रभुको अगि विलाप गर्दै हिँडेर हामीलाई के लाभ ?

So now we call the arrogant blessed . Evildoers not only prosper , but they even test God and escape . ' "
यसैकारण अब हामी हठीहरूलाई नै आशिषित् भन्छौँ । दुष्‍ट काम गर्नेहरू सफल मात्र हुँदैनन् , तर तिनीहरूले परमेश्‍वरलाई जाँच गरेर उम्कन्छन् । ’ ”

Then those who feared Yahweh spoke with one another . Yahweh paid attention and listened , and a book of remembrance was written before him about those who feared Yahweh and honored his name .
अनि परमप्रभुको भय मान्‍नेहरू एक - आपसमा बोले । परमप्रभुले ध्यान दिनुभयो र सुन्‍नुभयो , र परमप्रभुको भय मान्‍ने र उहाँको नाउँलाई आदर गर्नेहरूका विषयमा उहाँकै सामु सम्झनाको पुस्तक लेखियो ।

" They will be mine , " says Yahweh of hosts , " my own treasured possession , on the day that I act . I will pity them , as a man pities his own son who serves⟡ him .
“ मैले काम गर्ने दिनमा , तिनीहरू मेरा हुनेछन् , मेरो आफ्नै धन - सम्पत्ति हुनेछन् , ” सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ । बुबाको सेवा गर्ने छोरोमाथि त्यो बुबाले दया देखाएझैँ , म तिनीहरूमाथि दया देखाउनेछु ।

Then once again you will distinguish between the righteous and the wicked , between one who worships God and one who does not worship him .
अनि फेरि एकपटक तिमीहरूले धर्मी र दुष्‍ट बिच भिन्‍नता गर्नेछौ , तिनीहरूबिच जसले परमेश्‍वरको आराधना गर्छन् र जसले उहाँको आराधना गर्दैनन् ।

For see , the day is coming , burning like a furnace , when all the arrogant and all the evildoers will become stubble . The day that is coming will burn them up , " says Yahweh of hosts , " so that it will leave them neither root nor branch .
किनभने हेर , त्यो दिन आउँदै छ , जुन दिन भट्टीझैँ दन्कनेछ । त्यस दिन सबै हठी र दुष्‍ट काम गर्नेहरू ठुटाझैँ हुनेछन् । आउन लागेको दिनले तिनीहरूलाई जलाई भस्म गर्नेछ , र तिनीहरूको न त जरा न हाँगा बाँकी रहनेछ , सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ ।

But for you who fear my name , the sun of righteousness will rise⟡ with healing in its wings . You will go out , and you will leap like calves from the stall .
तर मेरो नाउँको भय मान्‍नेहरूका निम्ति भने , धार्मिकताको सूर्य निको पार्दै आफ्ना पखेटामा उदाउनेछ । तिमीहरू बाहिर जानेछौ , र गोठबाट निस्केका बाछाझैँ उफ्रनेछौ ।
