These are the things concerning Israel that Amos , one of the shepherds in Tekoa , received in revelation . He received these things in the days of Uzziah king of Judah , and also in the days of Jeroboam son of Joash king of Israel , two years before the earthquake .
तकोका गोठालामध्‍ये एक जना आमोसले इस्राएलका विषयमा प्रकाशमा पाएका कुराहरू यी नै हुन् । भुकम्प जानुभन्दा दुई वर्षअगाडि यहूदाका राजा उज्‍जियाहका दिनमा , र येहोआशका छोरा इस्राएलका राजा यारोबामका दिनमा पनि तिनले यी कुराहरू प्राप्‍त गरे ।

परमप्रभु यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छः “ टुरोसका तिन वा चारवटा पापका निम्‍ति समेत , दण्ड दिनबाट म पछि हट्‍नेछैनँ , किनभने तिनीहरूले सम्‍पूर्ण मानिसलाई एदोममा सुम्‍पेका छन् , र आफ्‍नो भ्रातृत्‍व करार तिनीहरूले तोडेका छन् ।
