“ सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु यस्तो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : म सियोनको निम्ति साह्रै डाही भएको छु र म त्यसको निम्ति डाही भएर अत्यन्तै रिसाएको छु !

Yahweh of hosts says this : Old men and old women will once again be in the streets of Jerusalem , and every person will need a staff in his hand because he has grown so old .

सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु यस्तो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : मेरो यस घरको जग बसालिँदा अगमवक्ताहरूको ओठबाट निस्केका वचनहरू जसले अहिले सुन्दछन् , सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु भन्‍नुहुन्छ : आफ्ना हातहरू बलिया बनाओ , ताकि त्यो मन्दिर निर्माण गर्न सकियोस् ।

For before those days no crops were gathered in by anyone , there was no profit for either man or beast , and there was no peace from enemies for anyone going or coming . I had set every person each against his neighbor .
किनकि ती दिनहरूभन्दा पहिले कोहीले पनि फसल बटुल्दैन थिए , मानिस वा पशुको निम्ति त्यहाँ कुनै मुनाफा थिएन , र आउने र जाने कसैलाई पनि शत्रुहरूबाट शान्ति थिएन । मैले हरेक मानिसलाई त्यसको छिमेकीको विरुद्ध खडा गरेको थिएँ ।

But now it will not be as in former days , I will be with the remnant of this people — this⟡ is the declaration of Yahweh of hosts .
तर म अब पहिलेका दिनमाझैँ हुन्‍न , म यी बाँकी रहेका मानिसहरूसँग हुनेछु - सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु घोषणा गर्नुहुन्छ ।

For seeds of peace will be sown ; the climbing vine will give its fruit and the earth will give its produce ; the skies will give their dew , for I will make the remnant of this⟡ people inherit all these things .
किनभने शान्तिको बीउ छरिनेछ ; माथि बढ्दै गरेको दाखले आफ्नो फल दिनेछ र पृथ्वीले आफ्नो उब्जनी : आकाशले शीत दिनेछ , किनभने यी बाँकी रहेका मानिसहरूलाई म यी सबै कुराहरू उत्तराधिकारमा दिनेछु ।

You were an example to the other nations of a curse , house of Judah and house of Israel . So I will rescue you and you will be a blessing . Do not be afraid ; let your hands be strong !
ए यहूदा र इस्राएलको घराना , अन्य श्रापित जातिहरूमा तिमीहरू एउटा उदाहरण थियौ । यसैकारण म तिमीहरूलाई बचाउनेछु र तिमीहरू आशिषको कारण हुनेछौ । नडराओ ; तिमीहरूका हात बलियो बनाओ !

so also I will plan in these days to do good again to Jerusalem and the house of Judah ! Do not fear !
यी दिनहरूमा पनि म यरूशलेम र यहूदाको घरानालाई भलाइ गर्ने योजना गर्नेछु ! नडराओ !

These are the things that you must do : Speak truth , every person with his neighbor . Judge with truth , justice , and peace in your gates .
तिमीहरूले यी कामहरू गर्नुपर्छ : हरेक मानिसले आफ्नो छिमेकीसँग सत्य बोलोस् । आफ्नो इलाकामा सत्य , न्याय , र शान्तिसँग इन्साफ गर ।

Do not plan to do evil within your heart against one another , and do not love false oaths — for these are the things I hate ! — this⟡ is Yahweh 's declaration . "
आफ्नो हृदयमा एक अर्काको विरुद्धमा खराबी गर्ने योजना नबनाओ , र झुटा शपथलाई प्रेम नगर - किनभने यी कुराहरूलाई म घृणा गर्दछु ! – परमप्रभु घोषणा गर्नुहुन्छ । ”

Then the word of Yahweh of hosts came to me , saying ,
अनि सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुको यस्तो वचन मकहाँ आयो ,

“ सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु यस्तो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : चौथो , साथौँ , र दशौँ महिनाका उपवासहरू यहूदाका घरानाको निम्ति आनन्द , हर्ष , र खुशीका पर्वहरूका समय हुनेछन् ! यसैले सत्य र शान्तिलाई प्रेम गर !

Yahweh of hosts says this : People will come again , even those who are living in many different cities .
सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु यस्तो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : विभिन्‍न सहरहरूमा बस्‍ने सबै मानिसहरू फेरि आउनेछन् ।

The inhabitants of one city will go to another city and say , ' Let us quickly go to beg before the face of Yahweh and to seek Yahweh of hosts ! We ourselves are also going . '
एउटा सहरका वासिन्दाहरू अर्को सहरमा जानेछन् र भन्‍नेछन् , ‘ हामी तुरुन्तै परमप्रभुको सामु बिन्ती गर्न र सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुको खोजी गर्न जाऔँ ! हामीहरू आफैँ पनि जाँदै छौँ । ’

Many people and mighty nations will come to seek Yahweh of hosts in Jerusalem and beg for the favor of Yahweh !
धेरै मानिसहरू र धेरै जातिहरू यरूशलेममा सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुको खोजी गर्न र उहाँको निगाह प्राप्‍त गर्न आउनेछन् !

Yahweh of hosts says this : In those days ten men from every language and nation will grasp the hem of your robe and say , ' Let us go with you , for we have heard that God is with you ! ' "
सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु यस्तो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : ती दिनहरूमा हरेक भाषा र जातिबाट दश जना मानिसहरूले तिम्रो लबेदाको छेउ समातेर यसो भन्‍नेछन् , ‘ हामीलाई तपाईंसँग जान दिनुहोस् , किनभने परमेश्‍वर तपाईंसँग हुनुहुन्छ भन्‍ने हामीले सुनेका छौँ ! ’ ”
