Now some time later⟡ , Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard in Jezreel , near the palace of Ahab , king of Samaria .
यो केही समय बितेपछिको कुरा हो । सामरियाका राजा आहाबको दरबार नजिकै यिजरेलमा यिजरेली नाबोतको एउटा दाखबारी थियो ।

Ahab spoke to Naboth , saying , " Give me your vineyard , so I can have it as a vegetable garden , because it is near my house . In exchange , I will give you a better vineyard , or , if you prefer , I will pay you its value in money . "
आहाबले नाबोतलाई यसो भने , “ सागबारी लगाउन मलाई तिम्रो दाखबारी देऊ किनकि यो मेरो घर नजिकै छ । यसको सट्टामा म तिमीलाई अझै राम्रो दाखबारी दिने छु वा तिमीले चाह्यौ भने म तिमीलाई यसको दाम तिरिदिने छु । ”

Naboth replied to Ahab , " May Yahweh forbid that I should give the inheritance of my ancestors to you . "
नाबोतले आहाबलाई जवाफ दिए , “ मेरा पुर्खाहरूका पैतृक सम्पत्ति मैले तपाईंलाई दिनदेखि परमप्रभुले मलाई निषेध गरून् । ”

So Ahab went into his palace resentful and angry because of the answer Naboth the Jezreelite gave him when he said , " I will not give you the inheritance of my ancestors . " He lay down on his bed , turned away his face , and refused to eat any food .
त्यसैले आहाब उदास भए , र रिसाएर आफ्नो दरबारमा गए किनकि यिजरेली नाबोतले तिनलाई यसो भनी जवाफ दिएका थिए , “ म मेरा पुर्खाहरूको पैतृक सम्पत्ति तपाईंलाई दिन्नँ । ” तिनी आफ्नो ओछ्यानमा ठुस्स परेर सुते , र तिनले खाना खान इन्कार गरे ।

Jezebel his wife came to him and said to him , " Why is your heart so sad , so that you eat no food ? "

तिनले उनलाई जवाफ दिए , “ मैले यिजरेली नाबोतलाई भनेँ , ' तिम्रो दाखबारी मलाई बेच वा तिमीलाई इच्छा लागे म तिमीलाई अर्को अझै राम्रो दाखबारी दिने छु । ' तब तिनले मलाई जवाफ दिए , ' म तिमीलाई मेरो दाखबारी दिन्नँ ' । ”

So Jezebel his wife replied to him , " Do you not still rule the kingdom of Israel ? Get up and eat ; let your heart be happy . I will obtain for you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite . "

So Jezebel wrote⟡ letters in Ahab 's name , sealed them with his seal , and sent them to the elders and to the wealthy who sat with him in meetings , and who lived⟡ near Naboth .

तिनीसँगै दुई जना बेइमान मानिसलाई पनि राख जसले तिनको विरुद्धमा यस्तो गवाही देऊन् , ' तपाईंले परमेश्वर र राजालाई सराप दिनुभयो ' । ” तब तिनलाई बाहिर लगेर ढुङ्गाले हानेर मार ।

तैँले त्यसलाई परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ भनी बता , ' के तैँले त्यसलाई मारेर त्यसको सम्पत्ति हडपेको छस् ? ’ त्यसपछि त्यसलाई परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ भनी बता , ' जुन ठाउँमा कुकुरहरूले नाबोतको रगत चाटे , त्यही ठाउँमा कुकुरहरूले तेरो रगत , हो तेरै रगत चाट्ने छन् ' । ”
