This wicked people who refuses to listen to my word , who walk in the hardness of their heart , who go after other gods to worship them and bow down to them — they will be like this undergarment that is good for nothing .
ប្រជា‌ជន នេះ អាក្រក់ ណាស់ ពួក គេ មិន ព្រម ស្ដាប់ ពាក្យ យើង ទេ គឺ គេ ធ្វើ តាម ចិត្ត ចចេស រឹង‌រូស របស់ ខ្លួន ដោយ រត់ តាម ព្រះ ដទៃ ហើយ នាំ គ្នា គោរព បម្រើ និង ក្រាប ថ្វាយ‌បង្គំ ព្រះ ទាំង នោះ។ សូម ឲ្យ ពួក គេ បាន ដូច ក្រណាត់ នេះ ដែល យក ទៅ ប្រើ ការ លែង កើត !

For just as an undergarment clings to someone 's hips , so I have made all the house of Israel and all the house of Judah cling to me — this is Yahweh 's declaration — to be my people , to bring me fame , praise , and honor . But they would not listen to me .
ដ្បិត មនុស្ស ធ្លាប់ យក ក្រណាត់ មក ក្រវាត់ ចង្កេះ របស់ ខ្លួន យ៉ាង ណា យើង ក៏ ជាប់ ចិត្ត នឹង ជន‌ជាតិ អីុស្រា‌អែល និង ជន‌ជាតិ យូដា ទាំង មូល យ៉ាង នោះ ដែរ ដើម្បី ឲ្យ ពួក គេ ធ្វើ ជា ប្រជា‌ជន របស់ យើង ជា កិត្តិនាម ជា គ្រឿង អលង្ការ និង ជា សិរី‌រុងរឿង របស់ យើង តែ ពួក គេ មិន ព្រម ស្ដាប់ យើង សោះ » នេះ ជា ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល របស់ ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់។

So you must speak this word to them , ' Yahweh , the God of Israel , says this : Every jar will be filled with wine . ' They will say to you , ' Do we not indeed know that every jar will be filled with wine ? '
ដូច្នេះ អ្នក ត្រូវយក ពាក្យ នេះ ទៅ ប្រាប់ ពួក គេ ថា ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ ជា ព្រះ របស់ ជន‌ជាតិ អុីស្រា‌អែល មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ដូច ត ទៅ : ធម្មតា គេ តែង ចាក់ ស្រា ទំពាំង‌បាយជូរ ក្នុង ថង់ ស្បែក។ ពួក គេ នឹង តប មក អ្នក វិញ ថា តើយើងមិន ដឹង ទេថា គេ តែង ចាក់ ស្រា ទំពាំង‌បាយជូរ ក្នុង ថង់ ស្បែក ?

So say to them , ' Yahweh says this : See , I am about to fill with drunkenness every inhabitant of this land , the kings who sit on David 's throne , the priests , prophets , and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem .
ដូច្នេះ អ្នក ត្រូវ ប្រាប់ទៅ ពួក គេ ដូច ត ទៅ : ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ថា៖ យើង នឹង បង្អក ស្រា ដល់ ប្រជា‌ជន ទាំង អស់ នៅ ទឹកដី នេះ ព្រម ទាំង ស្ដេច របស់ ពួក គេ ដែល ស្នង រាជ្យ ត ពី ដាវីឌ ពួក បូជា‌ចារ្យ ពួក ព្យាការី និង អ្នក ក្រុង យេរូ‌សាឡឹម ទាំង មូល រហូត ដល់ ស្រវឹង។

Then I will smash each man against the other , fathers and children together — this is Yahweh 's declaration — I will not pity them or have compassion , and I will not spare them from destruction . ' "
យើង នឹង បណ្ដាល ឲ្យ ពួក គេ សម្លាប់ គ្នា ទាំង ឪពុក ទាំង កូន គឺ យើង មិន ត្រា ប្រណី មិន មេត្តា ឬ អាណិត អាសូរ ពួក គេ ទេ គ្មាន អ្វី រា‌រាំង យើង មិន ឲ្យ កម្ទេច ពួក គេ ឡើយ នេះ ជា ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល របស់ ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ » ។

Listen and pay attention . Do not be arrogant , for Yahweh had spoken .
ចូរ ស្តាប់ ហើយ ផ្ទៀង ត្រចៀក ចុះ កុំ ឲ្យ តាំង ចិត្ត ឆ្មើង‌ឆ្មៃ ឡើយ ដ្បិត ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ បាន មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ហើយ។

Give honor to Yahweh your God before he brings darkness , and before he causes your feet to stumble on the mountains at twilight . For you are hoping for light , but he will turn the place into a deep darkness , into a dark cloud .
ចូរ សរសើរ តម្កើង ដល់ ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ ជា ព្រះ នៃ អ្នក រាល់ គ្នា ចុះ ក្រែង ព្រះ‌អង្គ ធ្វើ ឲ្យ ងងឹត ហើយ អ្នក រាល់ គ្នា ចំពប់ ជើង នៅ លើ ភ្នំ ងងឹត ហើយ កំពុង ដែល អ្នក រាល់ គ្នា សង្ឃឹម នឹង បាន ពន្លឺ នោះ ព្រះ‌អង្គ នឹង បំប្រែ ឲ្យ ទៅ ជា ម្លប់ នៃ សេចក្ដី ស្លាប់ និង ជា ងងឹត យ៉ាង ក្រាស់ វិញ។

So if you will not listen , I will weep alone because of your arrogance . My eyes will certainly weep and flow with tears , for Yahweh 's flock has been taken captive .
តែ បើ អ្នក រាល់ មិន ព្រម ស្តាប់ ទេ នោះ ព្រលឹង ខ្ញុំ នឹង យំ សោក ក្នុង ទី សម្ងាត់ ដោយ ព្រោះ សេចក្ដី អំនួត របស់ អ្នក រាល់ គ្នា ហើយ ភ្នែក ខ្ញុំ នឹង យំ សស្រាក់ ពី ព្រោះ ហ្វូង ចៀម របស់ ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ បាន ត្រូវ គេ ចាប់ ដឹក ទៅ ជា ឈ្លើយ ហើយ។

តើ អ្នក នឹង ថា ដូច ម្តេច ក្នុង កាល ដែល ព្រះ‌អង្គ តាំង ពួក មិត្ត សម្លាញ់ របស់ អ្នក ឡើង ឲ្យ គ្រប់‌គ្រង លើ អ្នក ដ្បិត គឺ អ្នក ហើយដែល បាន បង្រៀន គេ ឲ្យ ធ្វើ ដូច្នេះ តើ សេចក្ដី ទុក្ខ ព្រួយ ដូច ជា ស្ត្រី ដែល ឈឺ ចាប់ នឹង សម្រាល កូន មិន ចាប់ អ្នក ទេ ឬ ?

Then you might⟡ say in your heart , ' Why are these things happening to me ? ' It will be for the multitude of your iniquities that your skirts are raised up and you have been violated .
បើ អ្នក នឹក សួរ ក្នុង ចិត្ត ថា៖ ហេតុ អ្វី បាន ជា ការ ទាំង នេះ កើត ដល់ យើង ដូច្នេះ នោះ គឺ ដោយ ព្រោះ អំពើ ទុច្ចរិត ដ៏ បរិបូរ របស់ អ្នក ទេ បាន ជា សំពត់ របស់ អ្នក ត្រូវ បើក សើយ ឡើង ហើយ អ្នក ត្រូវ នៅ កែង ជើង ទទេ ផង។

Can the people of Cush change their skin color , or a leopard change its spots ? If so , then you yourself , although accustomed to wickedness , would be able to do good .
តើ ជនជាតិ អេធីយ៉ូពី នឹង បំផ្លាស់ បំប្រែសម្បុរ ស្បែក របស់ ខ្លួន បាន ឬ ទេ ? ឬ ខ្លា រខិន នឹង ផ្លាស់ សម្បុរ ពព្លាក់ របស់ វា ទៅ បាន ដែរ ទេ ? បើ បាន នោះ អ្នក រាល់ គ្នា ដែល ធ្លាប់ ប្រព្រឹត្ត អាក្រក់ នឹង អាច ប្រព្រឹត្ត ល្អ វិញ ក៏ បាន ដែរ។

So I will scatter them like chaff that perishes in the desert wind .
