This is the word that Jeremiah the prophet told Baruch son of Neriah . This happened when he wrote⟡ in a scroll these words at Jeremiah 's dictation — this was in the fourth year of Jehoiakim son of Josiah , king of Judah , and he said ,
នេះ ជា ពាក្យ ដែល ព្យាការី យេរេមា បាន និយាយ នឹង បារូក ជា កូន នេរីយ៉ា ក្នុង កាល ដែល បារូក បាន សរសេរ ពាក្យ ទាំង នេះ ចុះ ក្នុង ក្រាំង តាម មាត់ ព្យាការី យេរេមា គឺ នៅ ក្នុង ឆ្នាំ ទី បួន នៃ រាជ្យ ព្រះបាទ យេហូ‌យ៉ាគីម ជា បុត្រ យ៉ូសៀស ស្តេច យូដា ដោយលោកថ្លែងថា៖

អ្នក ពោល ថា ខ្ញុំ ត្រូវ វេទនា ហើយ ! ដ្បិត ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ ធ្វើ ឲ្យ ខ្ញុំ មាន ទុក្ខ កង្វល់ ថែម ពី លើ ការ ឈឺ ចាប់ ដែល ខ្ញុំ កំពុង តែ មាន ស្រាប់ ខ្ញុំ ថ្ងូរ រហូត ដល់ អស់ កម្លាំង ខ្ញុំ មិនអាចសម្រាកបានទេ។

This is what you must say to him : ' Yahweh says this : See , what I built , I am now tearing down . What I planted , I am now pulling up — I will do this throughout all the earth .
នេះគឺជាអ្វីដែលអ្នកប្រាប់ដល់គេ៖ ព្រះអម្ចាស់បានមានបន្ទូលការនេះ៖ យើង នឹងមិន កម្ទេច ចោល នូវ អ្វីៗ ដែល យើង បាន សង់ឡើយ យើង នឹង ដក ចោល នូវ អ្វីៗ ដែល យើង បាន ដាំ យើង ធ្វើ ដូច្នេះ នៅ លើ ផែនដី ទាំង មូល។

But are you hoping for great things for yourself ? Do not hope for that . For see , disaster is coming on all humanity — this is Yahweh 's declaration — but I am giving you your life as your plunder everywhere you will go . ' "
