Yahweh says this , " The people who have survived the sword have found favor in the wilderness ; I will go out to give⟡ rest to Israel . "

Yahweh appeared to me in the past and said , " I have loved you , Israel , with everlasting love . So I have drawn you toward myself with covenant faithfulness .
ពួក គេ ពោល ថា ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ បាន សម្តែង ព្រះអង្គ ឲ្យ ខ្ញុំ ឃើញ ពី ចម្ងាយ។ ព្រះអង្គ មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល មក ខ្ញុំ ថា « យើង ស្រឡាញ់ អ្នក ដោយ ចិត្ត ស្រឡាញ់ ដែល ស្ថិត‌ស្ថេរ នៅ អស់‌កល្ប ជានិច្ច។ យើង ទាក់‌ទាញ ចិត្ត អ្នក ព្រោះ យើង ជំពាក់ ចិត្ត នឹង អ្នក យ៉ាង ខ្លាំង។

I will build you up again so you will be built , virgin Israel . You will again pick up your tambourines⟡ and go out with happy dances .

You will plant vineyards again on the mountains of Samaria ; the farmers will plant and put the fruit to good use .

For a day will come when the watchmen in the mountains⟡ of Ephraim will proclaim , ' Arise⟡ , let us go up to Zion to Yahweh our God . '

For Yahweh says this , " Shout for joy over Jacob ! Shout in gladness for the chief people of the nations ! Let praise be heard . Say , ' Yahweh has rescued his people , the remnant of Israel . '
ដ្បិត ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ដូច្នេះ ថា៖ « ចូរ ច្រៀង ដោយ ចិត្ត អរ សប្បាយ ព្រោះ ពួក យ៉ាកុប ហើយ ស្រែក ឡើង ដោយ អំណរ ដោយ ព្រោះ មេ ប្រធាន នៃ អស់ ទាំង ជនជាតិ ចូរ ប្រកាស ប្រាប់ ចុះ ចូរ លើក សរសើរ ដោយ ពាក្យ ថា ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ អើយ សូម ជួយ សង្គ្រោះ សំណល់ នៃ ជនជាតិ អុីស្រា‌អែល ជា ប្រជា‌រាស្ត្រ របស់ ព្រះ‌អង្គ ផង។

See , I am about to bring them from the northern lands . I will gather them from the farthest parts of the earth . The blind and lame will be among them ; pregnant women⟡ and those who are about to give⟡ birth will be with them . A great assembly will return here .
មើល៍ ! យើង នឹង នាំ គេ មកទឹកដី ខាង ជើង ហើយ ប្រមូល គេ ពី ចុង ផែនដី បំផុត មាន ទាំង ពួក ខ្វាក់ ពួក ខ្វិន ស្រី មាន ទម្ងន់ និង ស្រី ដែលហៀប សម្រាល កូន ផង ជា ក្រុម មនុស្ស យ៉ាង ធំ ដែល នឹង វិល មក នៅ ទី នេះ វិញ។

They will come weeping ; I will lead them as they make their pleas . I will have them journey to streams of water on a straight road . They will not stumble on it , for I will be a father to Israel , and Ephraim will be my firstborn . "

" Hear the word of Yahweh , nations . Report along the coasts in the distance . You nations must say , ' The one who scattered Israel is gathering her up and keeping her as a shepherd keeps his sheep . '
« ចូរ អ្នក រាល់ គ្នា ស្តាប់ ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល របស់ ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ ជនជាតិ ដទៃ ទាំង ប៉ុន្មាន អើយ ហើយ ថ្លែង ប្រាប់ ដល់ ពួក កោះ ដែល នៅ ឆ្ងាយ ថា៖ ព្រះ ដែល បាន កម្ចាត់‌កម្ចាយ ជនជាតិអុីស្រា‌អែល ព្រះ‌អង្គ នឹង ប្រមូល គេ មក វិញ ហើយ នឹង រក្សា គេដូច ជា គង្វាល ឃ្វាល ហ្វូង ចៀម របស់ ខ្លួន។

For Yahweh has ransomed Jacob and has redeemed him from the hand that was too strong for him .
ព្រោះ ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់បាន លោះ យ៉ាកុប ហើយ ព្រះ‌អង្គ បាន ដោះ គេ ចេញ ពី កណ្ដាប់ ដៃ នៃ ពួក អ្នក ដែល ខ្លាំង ជាង ខ្លួន។

Then they will come and rejoice on the heights of Zion . Their faces will shine because of Yahweh 's goodness , over the corn and the new wine , over the oil and the offspring of the flocks and herds . For their lives will become⟡ like a watered garden , and they will never again feel any more sorrow .
គេ នឹង មក ហើយ ច្រៀង នៅ លើ ទី ខ្ពស់ នៃ ភ្នំ ស៊ីយ៉ូន ហើយ មក ហូរ‌ហែដល់ សេចក្ដី សប្បុរស របស់ ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ គឺ មក ដល់ ស្រូវ ទឹក ទំពាំង‌បាយ‌ជូរ ប្រេង និង កូន ចៀម កូន គោ ពី ហ្វូង សត្វ ហើយ ព្រលឹង គេ នឹង បាន ដូច ជា សួន ច្បារ ដែល មាន ទឹក ស្រោច នោះ គេ នឹង មិន មាន សេចក្ដី ព្រួយ ទៀត ឡើយ។
JER 31:13     Alignment score: 0.175 → 0.171
Then virgins will rejoice with dancing , and young and old men will be together . For I will change their mourning into celebration . I will have compassion on them and cause them to rejoice instead of sorrowing .
គ្រា នោះ នាង ក្រមុំ នឹង មាន ចិត្ត រីក‌រាយ ក្នុង ការ លោត កព្ឆោង ព្រម ទាំង ពួក កំលោះៗ និង ពួក ចាស់ៗ ទាំង អស់ គ្នា ផង ដ្បិត យើង នឹង បំប្រែ សេចក្ដី សោក‌សៅ របស់ គេ ទៅ ជា អំណរ វិញ ហើយ កម្សាន្ត ចិត្ត គេ ព្រម ទាំង ឲ្យ គេ រីក‌រាយ ចេញ ពី សេចក្ដី ទុក្ខ ព្រួយ របស់ គេ។
JER 31:14     Alignment score: 0.121
Then I will saturate the lives of the priests in abundance . My people will fill themselves with my goodness — this is Yahweh 's declaration . "
យើ ង នឹង ចម្អែត ព្រលឹង ពួក សង្ឃ ដោយ សេចក្ដី បរិបូរ ហើយ ឲ្យ ប្រជា‌រាស្ត្រ របស់ យើង បាន ស្កប់ ចិត្ត ដោយ សេចក្ដី សប្បុរស របស់ យើង នេះ ហើយ ជា ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល នៃ ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ » ។

Yahweh says this : " A voice is heard in Ramah , wailing and bitter weeping . It is Rachel weeping for her children . She refuses to be comforted over them , for they live⟡ no longer . "
ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ដូច្នេះ ថា៖ « មាន ឮ សូរ សំឡេង នៅ រ៉ាម៉ា ជា សូរ ទំនួញ និង សូរ យំ យ៉ាង ជូរ‌ចត់ គឺ នាង រ៉ាជែល យំ នឹង កូន នាង ហើយ មិន ព្រម កម្សាន្ត ចិត្ត ពី ដំណើរ កូន សោះ ដ្បិត វា វិនាស បាត់ ហើយ » ។

Yahweh says this , " Hold your voice back from weeping and your eyes from tears ; there is a reward for your work — this is Yahweh 's declaration — your children will return from the land of the enemy .
ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ដូច្នេះ ថា៖ « ចូរ ទប់ សំឡេង អ្នក មិន ឲ្យ យំ និង ភ្នែក អ្នក មិន ឲ្យ ហូរ សស្រាក់ ឡើយ ដ្បិត ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ថា៖ កិច្ច‌ការ របស់ អ្នក នឹង បាន រង្វាន់ ជា ពិត ហើយ វា រាល់ គ្នា នឹង វិល មក ពី ទឹកដី របស់ ខ្មាំង សត្រូវ វិញ។

There is hope for your future — this is Yahweh 's declaration — your descendants will return inside their borders . "
ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ក៏ មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ថា៖ មាន សេចក្ដី សង្ឃឹម សម្រាប់ ចុង បំផុត របស់ អ្នក កូន ចៅ អ្នក នឹង វិល មក ព្រំ‌ដែន របស់ គេ វិញ » ។

" I have certainly heard Ephraim sorrowing , ' You punished me , and I have been punished like an untrained calf . Bring me back and I will be brought back , for you are Yahweh my God .

For after I turned back to you , I was sorry ; after I was trained , I slapped my thigh . I was ashamed and humiliated , for I have borne⟡ the guilt⟡ of my youth . '
ក្រោយ ដែល ព្រះ‌អង្គ បាន ទាញ ញាក់ ទូល‌បង្គំ មក វិញ នោះ ទូល‌បង្គំ បាន ប្រែ គំនិត ឡើង ជា ពិត កាល ទូល‌បង្គំ បាន ទទួល សេចក្ដី ប្រៀន‌ប្រដៅ ហើយ នោះ ក៏ វាយ ទះ ភ្លៅ ខ្លួន ទូល‌បង្គំ មាន សេចក្ដី ខ្មាស អើ ក៏ ជ្រប់ មុខ ផង ពី ព្រោះ ទូល‌បង្គំ ធន់ រង សេចក្ដី អាម៉ាស់ ខ្មាស នៃ វ័យ ក្មេង។
JER 31:20     Alignment score: 0.15 → 0.148
Is not Ephraim my precious child ? Is he not my dear , delightful son ? For whenever I speak against him , I certainly still call him to my loving mind . In this way my heart longs for him . I will certainly have compassion on him — this is Yahweh 's declaration . "
តើ អេប្រាអិម ជា កូន សម្លាញ់ របស់ យើង ឬ ? តើ ជា កូន សំណព្វ ឬ ? ដ្បិត ដែល យើង និយាយ ទាស់ នឹង វា វេលា ណា នោះ យើង ក៏ នឹក រឭក ដល់ វា នៅ វេលា នោះ។ ដូច្នេះ យើង មាន ចិត្ត រំជួល ដល់ វា និង អាណិត មេត្តា ដល់ វា ជា មិន ខាន នេះ ហើយ ជា ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល នៃ ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់ » ។

Place road signs for yourself . Set up guideposts for yourself . Set your mind on the right path , the way you should take . Come back , virgin Israel ! Come back to these cities of yours .
ចូរ ធ្វើ ទី សម្គាល់ តាម ផ្លូវ ហើយ ដោត តម្រុយ ចុះ ចូរ តាំង ចិត្ត តម្រង់ ទៅ ឯ ថ្នល់ គឺ ជា ផ្លូវ ដែល អ្នក បាន ទៅ តាម នោះ ព្រហ្មចារី នៃ ជនជាតិ អុីស្រា‌អែល អើយ ចូរ វិល មក វិញ ចូរ វិល មក ឯ ទី ក្រុង របស់ អ្នក ទាំង នេះ ចុះ។

How long will you waver , faithless daughter⟡ ? For Yahweh has created something new on earth — a woman surrounds⟡ a strong man .
ឱ កូន ស្រី ដែល រា ថយ អើយ តើ នាង នៅ តែ ដើរ សាត់ អណ្តែត ដល់ កាល ណា ទៀត ? ដ្បិត ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ បាន បង្កើត ការ មួយ ថ្មី នៅ លើ ផែនដី គឺ ស្ត្រី ហ៊ុម ព័ទ្ធ បុរស។

Yahweh of hosts , the God of Israel , says this , " When I bring back the people to their land , they will say this in the land of Judah and its cities , ' May Yahweh bless you , you righteous place where he lives , you holy mountain⟡ . '
ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ នៃ ពិភពទាំងមូល ជា ព្រះ របស់ ជនជាតិ អុីស្រា‌អែល មាន ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល ដូច្នេះ ថា៖ « កាល ណា យើង នាំ ពួក គេ ដែល ជា ឈ្លើយ មក វិញ នៅ ក្នុងទឹកដី យូដា ហើយ អស់ ទាំង ទី ក្រុង នៅ ទឹកដី នោះ គេ នឹង និយាយ ពាក្យ នេះ ឡើង ជា ថ្មី ទៀត គឺ ថា ឱ ទី លំនៅ នៃ សេចក្ដី សុចរិត ហើយ ភ្នំ នៃ សេចក្ដី បរិសុទ្ធ អើយ សូម ព្រះ‌ជាម្ចាស់ ប្រទាន ពរ ដល់ អ្នក។

For Judah and all its cities will live together there , as will farmers and those who set out with flocks .
ទឹកដី យូដា និង ទី ក្រុងទាំង ប៉ុន្មាន របស់ ទឹកដី នោះ នឹង នៅ ទី នោះជា‌មួយ គ្នា ហើយ ពួក អ្នក ធ្វើ ស្រែ ចម្ការ និង អស់ អ្នក ដែល ដើរ ចុះ ឡើង ក៏ នៅជា‌មួយ ហ្វូង សត្វ របស់ គេ ដែរ។

In the past , I kept them under surveillance in order to uproot them and to tear them down , to overthrow , destroy , and bring them harm . But in the coming days , I will watch over them , in order to build them up and to plant them — this is Yahweh 's declaration .

In those days no one will say any longer , ' Fathers have eaten sour grapes , but the children 's teeth are dulled . '

For each man will die in his own iniquity ; everyone who eats sour grapes , his teeth will be dulled .
ដ្បិតគ្រប់ គ្នា នឹង ត្រូវ ស្លាប់ ដោយ ព្រោះ អំពើ ទុច្ចរិត របស់ គេ រៀង ខ្លួន អស់ អ្នក ណា ដែល ស៊ី ផ្លែ ទំពាំង បាយ ជូរ គឺ អ្នក នោះ ឯង ដែល នឹង សង្កៀរ ធ្មេញ។

Look , the days are coming — this is Yahweh 's declaration — when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah .

It will not be like the covenant that I established with their fathers in the days when I took them by their hand to bring them out from the land of Egypt , because they broke my covenant , although I was a husband for them . — this is Yahweh 's declaration .

This is the covenant that I will establish with the house of Israel after these⟡ days — this is Yahweh 's declaration . I will place my law within them and will write⟡ it on their heart , for I will be their God , and they will be my people .
សម្ពន្ធ‌មេត្រី ថ្មី ដែល យើង នឹង ចង ជា មួយ ប្រជា‌ជន អុីស្រា‌អែល នៅ ពេល ខាង មុខ មាន ដូច ត ទៅ : យើង នឹង ដាក់ ក្រឹត្យ‌វិន័យ របស់ យើង នៅ ក្នុង ជម្រៅ ចិត្ត របស់ ពួក គេ យើង នឹង ចារ ក្រឹត្យ‌វិន័យ នោះ ក្នុង ចិត្ត គំនិត របស់ ពួក គេ យើង នឹង ធ្វើ ជា ព្រះ របស់ ពួក គេ ពួក គេ ធ្វើ ជា ប្រជា‌រាស្ត្រ របស់ យើង នេះ ជា ព្រះ‌បន្ទូល របស់ ព្រះ‌អម្ចាស់។
