धैर्य भएर मैले परमप्रभुमा आसा गरें । उहाँले मलाई हेर्नुभयो र मेरो पुकारा सुन्‍नुभयो ।

उहाँले मेरो मुखमा एउटा नयाँ गीत हालिदिनुभयो । परमेश्‍वरको प्रशंसा होस् । धेरै जनाले यो देख्‍नेछन् , र उहाँको आदर गर्नेछन् र परमप्रभुमा भरोसा गर्नेछन् ।

परमप्रभुलाई आफ्नो भरोसा बनाउने र घमण्डीहरू वा उहाँबाट झुटतिर लाग्‍नेहरूलाई आदर नगर्ने मानिस धन्यको हो ।

हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्‍वर , तपाईंले गर्नुभएका अचम्‍मका कामहरू धेरै छन् र हाम्रो बारेमा भएका तपाईंका विचारहरू गन्‍न सकिंदैनन् । मैले तिनीहरूका बारेमा घोषणा गरें र बताएँ भने , तिनीहरू गन्‍न सक्‍नेभन्दा धेरै हुन्‍छन् ।

You have no delight in sacrifice or offering , but you have opened my ears ; you have not required burnt offerings or sin offerings .
बलिदान वा भेटिमा तपाईं खुसी हुनुहुन्‍न , तर तपाईंले मेरा कानहरू खोल्नुभएको छ । तपाईंले होमबलि वा पापबलिको इच्‍छा गर्नुभएको छैन ।

तब मैले भनें , " हेर्नुहोस् , म आएको छु । लेखेको चर्मपत्रमा मेरो बारेमा यस्‍तो लेखिएको छ ।

I have proclaimed good news of your righteousness in the great assembly ; Yahweh , you know that my lips have not kept back from doing this .
ठुलो सभामा तपाईंको धार्मिकताको सुसमाचार मैले घोषणा गरेको छु । हे परमप्रभु , यसो गर्नबाट मेरा ओठहरू रोकिएका छैनन् भनी तपाईं जान्‍नुहुन्छ ।

I have not concealed your righteousness in my heart ; I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation ; I have not concealed your covenant faithfulness or your trustworthiness from the great assembly⟡ .
आफ्‍नो हृदयमा तपाईंको धार्मिकता मैले लुकाएको छैन । तपाईंको विश्‍वस्‍तता र तपाईंको उद्धारलाई मैले घोषणा गरेको छु । ठुलो सभाबाट तपाईंको करारको विश्‍वस्‍तता वा तपाईंको भरोसालाई मैले लुकाएको छैन ।

Do not keep back your acts of mercy from me , Yahweh ; let your covenant faithfulness and your trustworthiness always preserve me .
हे परमप्रभु , मबाट तपाईंका दयाका कामहरू नहटाउनुहोस् । तपाईंको करारको विश्‍वस्‍तता वा तपाईंको भरोसाले मलाई सदासर्वदा सुरक्षित राखोस् ।

Troubles that can not be numbered surround me ; my iniquities have caught up with me so that I am no longer able to see anything ; they are more than the hairs on my head , and my heart has failed me .
अनगिन्‍ती कष्‍टहरूले मलाई घेर्छन् । मेरा अधर्महरूले मलाई गाँजेका छन् , ताकि म फेरि कुनै कुरा हेर्न सक्षम छैनँ । तिनीहरू मेरा शिरका कपालभन्दा धेरै छन् र मेरो हृदय मलाई निरास पारेको छ ।

Be pleased , Yahweh , to rescue me ; hurry to help me , Yahweh .
हे परमप्रभु , मलाई बचाउन खुसी हुनुहोस् । हे परमप्रभु , मलाई मदत गर्न चाँडो गर्नुहोस् ।

Let them be ashamed and completely disappointed who pursue my life to take it away . Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor , those who delight in hurting me .
मेरो ज्यान लिन मलाई खेद्‍नेहरू लज्‍जित होऊन् र पूर्ण रूपमा निराश होऊन् । मलाई चोट पुर्‍याउन खुसी हुनेहरू , तिनीहरू फर्केर जाऊन् र अनादरमा परून् ।

Let them be shocked because of their shame , those who say to me , " Aha , aha ! "
मलाई , " आहा , आहा ! " भन्‍नेहरू , तिनीहरू आफ्‍नो लाजको कारणले चकित होऊन् ।

But may all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you ; let everyone who loves your salvation say continually , " May Yahweh be praised . "
