तब परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ आयोः

" Now you , son of man , will you judge ? Will you judge the city of blood ? Make her know⟡ all her abominations⟡ .
" अब ए मानिसको छोरो , के तँ न्‍याय गर्छस् ? के तँ त्‍यो रगतको सहरको न्‍याय गर्छस् ? त्‍यसका सबै घृणित कुराहरू त्यसलाई जानकारी दे ।

You must say , ' The Lord Yahweh says this : This is a city that pours out blood in her midst so that her time may come ; a city that makes idols to make herself unclean .
तैंले यसको भन्‍नुपर्छ , ' परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्‍छः आफ्‍नै अन्‍त्‍यको समय आओस् भनेर आफ्‍नो बिचमा रगत बगाउने सहर यही हो । आफूलाई बिटुलो पार्नलाई मूर्तिहरू बनाउने सहर यही हो ।

You have become guilty by the blood that you have poured out , and you have become unclean by the idols that you have made . You have drawn your days to a close , and the end of your years has come . Therefore I will make you a reproach to the nations and a laughingstock to all the lands .
तैंले बगाएको रगतको कारणले तँ दोषी भएको छस् , र तैंले बनाएका मूर्तिहरूद्वारा तँ अशुद्ध भएको छस् । तैंले आफ्‍ना दिनहरूको अन्‍त्‍य गरेको छस् , र तेरा वर्षहरूको अन्‍त्‍य आएको छ । यसैकारण म तँलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा गिल्‍ला र सबै देशमा हाँसोको पात्र बनाउनेछु ।

Both those who are near and those who are far away from you will mock you — you unclean city — with the reputation known everywhere as being full of confusion .
तेरो नजिक हुनेहरू र टाढा हुनेहरू दुवैले तेरो गिल्‍ला गर्नेछन् — तँ अपवित्र सहर — अलमल पार्ने कुराहरूले भरिएको सहरको रूपमा चिनिएको छस् ।

Within you men uncover the nakedness of their father . Within you they have violated unclean women⟡ during their menstrual period .
तेरो भित्र भएका मानिसहरूले आफ्‍ना पिताको नङ्नता प्रकट गर्छन् । तेरो भित्र भएका मानिसहरूले रजस्‍वला भएकी स्‍त्रिसँग सम्‍भोग गरेर अशुद्ध भएका छन् ।

Men who commit abominations with their neighbors ' wives , and men who make their own daughters-in-law shamefully⟡ unclean ; men who abuse their own sisters — daughters of their own fathers — all these are done within you .
आफ्‍नो छिमेकीकी पत्‍नीसँग घिनलाग्‍दा काम गर्ने मानिसहरू , र आफ्‍नी बुहारीहरूलाई लाज हुने किसिमले अशुद्ध पार्ने मानिसहरू , आफ्‍नै बहिनीहरू — आफ्‍ना बुबाकी छोरीहरूलाई बिगार्ने मानिसहरू — यी सबै जना तँभित्रै छन् ।

These men take bribes within you in order to pour out blood and you have taken interest and gained too much profit , and you have damaged your neighbors through oppression , and you have forgotten me — this is the Lord Yahweh 's declaration .
तँभित्र यी मानिसहरूले रक्तपात गर्नलाई घूस लिन्‍छन् र तैंले बढी ब्‍याज लिएर र धेरै मुनाफा कमाएको छस् , र थिचोमिचो गरेर तैंले आफ्नो छिमेकीलाई नष्‍ट गरेको छस् , र तैंले मलाई बिर्सेको छस् — यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।

See ! With my hand I have struck the dishonest gain that you have made , and the bloodshed that is done in the midst of you .
हेर् , तैंले अन्‍यायसित नाफा गरेको र तेरो बिचमा भएको रक्तपातलाई मैले आफ्‍नो हातले प्रहार गरेको छु ।

मैले तँसित व्‍यवहार गरेको दिनमा के तेरो हृदय स्‍थिर रहला , अनि तेरो हात दह्रिलो होला र ? म परमप्रभुले यो घोषणा गर्दैछु , र म त्‍यसै गर्नेछु ।

So I will scatter you among the nations and disperse you through the lands . In this way , I will purge your uncleanness from you .
यसैले म तँलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा छरपष्‍ट पार्नेछु , र तँलाई देशहरूमा तितरबितर पार्नेछु । यसरी तँमा भएको अशुद्धताबाट तँलाई शुद्ध पार्नेछु ।

So you will become unclean in the eyes of the nations . Then you will know⟡ that I am Yahweh . ' "
यसरी तँ जातिहरूका दृष्‍टिमा तँ अशुद्ध हुनेछस् । तब म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तैंले जान्‍नेछस् ' । "

Next the word of Yahweh came to me , saying ,
त्‍यसपछि परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ भयो ,

" Son of man , the house of Israel has become dross to me . All of them are the leftovers of bronze and tin , and iron and lead in the midst of you . They will be like the dross of silver in your furnace .
" ए मानिसको छोरो , इस्राएलको घराना मेरो निम्‍ति थेग्रो भएको छ । ती सबै जना तिमीहरूका बिचमा काँसा , जस्‍ता , फलाम र सीसाका उब्रेका कुरा भएका छन् । तिनीहरू तेरो भट्टीमा चाँदीका थेग्राझैं हुनेछन् ।

Therefore the Lord Yahweh says this , ' Because all of you have become like dross , therefore , behold ! I am about to gather you into the midst of Jerusalem .
यसकारण परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ , ' तिमीहरू सबै जना थेग्राजस्‍ता भएका हुनाले , म तिमीहरूलाई यरूशलेमको बिचमा जम्‍मा गर्न लागेको छु ।

As men gather silver , bronze , iron , lead and tin and put it inside a furnace to melt it , and they blow the fire on it in order to melt it , so I will gather you in my anger and my wrath , and I will put you there and melt you .
जसरी चाँदी , काँसा , फलाम , सीसा र जस्‍तालाई भट्टीमा गलाउनलाई मानिसहरूले जम्‍मा गर्छन् , त्‍यसरी नै म पनि मेरो रिस र मेरो क्रोधमा तिमीहरूलाई जम्‍मा गर्नेछु , र म तिमीहरूलाई त्‍यहाँ हाल्‍नेछु र तिमीहरूलाई गाल्‍नेछु ।

I will gather you and blow on you the fire of my wrath , and you will be melted in the midst of it .
म तिमीहरूलाई भेला गर्नेछु , र मेरो क्रोधको आगोमा तिमीहरूलाई फुक्‍नेछु , र तिमीहरू त्‍यसैभित्र गल्‍नेछौ ।

गर्जने सिंहले शिकार टुक्र्याएझैं त्‍यसको बिचमा भएका त्‍यसका अगमवक्‍ताहरूले एउटा षड्‌यन्‍त्र रच्छन् । तिनीहरूले मानिसहरूलाई निल्‍छन् र बहुमूल्‍य धन लुट्‌छन् । त्यसभित्र तिनीहरूले धेरै जनालाई विधवा बनाउँछन् ।

Her priests do violence to my law , and they profane my holy things . They do not distinguish between holy things and profane things , and do not teach the difference between the unclean and the clean . They hide their eyes from my Sabbaths so that I am profaned in their midst .
त्‍यसका पुजारीहरूले मेरो व्‍यवस्‍था भङ्ग गर्छन् र तिनीहरूले मेरा पवित्र चीजहरू तुच्‍छ ठान्‍छन् । तिनीहरूले पवित्र कुरा र तुच्‍छ कुराको बिचमा भिन्‍नता छुट्‍याउँदैनन् , अनि अशुद्ध र शुद्धको बिचको भिन्‍ता सिकाउँदैनन् । तिनीहरूले मेरा शबाथहरूबाट आफ्ना आँखा लुकाउँछन् ताकि तिनीहरूका बिचमा म तच्‍छ भएको छु ।

Her princes within her are like wolves tearing apart their victims . They pour out blood and destroy life , to make a profit dishonestly .
त्‍यसभित्र भएका त्‍यसका शासकहरू आफ्‍नो शिकार फहराउने ब्‍वाँसाहरूजस्‍ता छन् । तिनीहरूले बेईमानसाथ नाफा कमाउनलाई रगत बगाउँछन् र मानिसहरूलाई मार्छन् ।
