" Now you , son of man , prophesy to the mountains of Israel and say , ' Mountains of Israel , listen to the word of Yahweh .
“ अब , ए मानिसको छोरा , इस्राएलका पर्वतहरूलाई अगमवाणी गर् र यसो भन् , ‘ ए इस्राएलका पर्वतहरू , परमप्रभुको वचन सुन ।

परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : शत्रुले तिमीहरूका बारेमा यसो भनेका छ , “ आहा ! प्राचीन अग्ला ठाउँहरू हाम्रा अधिकारमा भएका छन् । ” ’

Therefore prophesy and say , ' The Lord Yahweh says this : Because of your desolation and because of the attacks that came⟡ on you from all sides , you have become a possession of the other nations ; you have been the subject of slanderous⟡ lips and tongues , and of people 's stories .
यसकारण अगमवाणी गर र यसो भन् , ‘ परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : तिमीहरू उजाड भएका हुनाले र तिमीहरूमाथि चारैतिरबाट आक्रमण भएको हुनाले तिमीहरू अरू जातिहरूका अधिकारमा परेका छौ । तिमीहरू निन्दनीय ओठहरू र जिब्राहरू , अनि मानिसहरूका वर्णनका विषय बनेका छौ ।

Therefore , mountains of Israel , listen to the word of the Lord Yahweh : The Lord Yahweh says this to the mountains and the high hills , to the streambeds and valleys , to the uninhabited desolations and the forsaken cities that have become plunder and a subject of mocking for the other nations that surround them —
यसकारण , ए इस्राएलका पर्वतहरू , परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको वचन सुनः पर्वतहरू र अग्ला पहाडहरू , खोलाहरू र बेसीहरू , तिनीहरूका वरिपरि भएका अरू जतिहरूका निम्‍ति लूट र हाँसोको विषय बनेका निर्जन उजाड - स्थानहरू र त्‍यागिएका सहरहरूलाई परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्‍छ ,

therefore the Lord Yahweh says this : I have certainly spoken in the fire of my fury against the other nations , against Edom and all who took my land for themselves as a possession , against all those who had both joy in their heart and disdain in their spirit , as they seized my land that they might claim its pasturelands for themselves . यसकारण परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्‍छः निश्‍चय नै अरू जातिहरूका विरुद्धमा , एदोम र मेरो देशलाई आफ्नो अधिकारमा लिने सबैका विरुद्धमा , र आफ्नै निम्ति मेरो देशको खर्कमाथि अधिकार गर्नलाई त्यो कब्जा गर्दा आफ्नो हृदयमा रमाहट गर्ने र आत्मामा घृणा बोकेका सबैको विरुद्धमा मेरो क्रोधको आगोमा मैले बोलेको छु । ’

Therefore , prophesy to the land of Israel and say to the mountains and to the high hills , to the streambeds and to the valleys , ' the Lord Yahweh says this⟡ : Behold ! In my fury and in my anger I am declaring this because you have borne⟡ the insults of nations .
यसकारण , इस्राएल देशलाई अगमवाणी गर र पर्वतहरू र अग्ला पहाडहरू , खोलाहरू र बेसीहरूलाई यसो भन् , ‘ परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : हेर् , मेरो क्रोध र रिसमा म यो घोषणा गर्दैछु किनभने तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका अपमान सहेका छौ ।

Therefore , the Lord Yahweh says this : I myself will lift up my hand to swear that the nations that surround you will certainly carry their own shame .
यसकारण , परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : म आफ्नो हात उठाएर यो शपथ खान्छु , कि तेरो वरिपरिका जातिहरूले आफ्नो लाज आफै बोक्‍नेछन् ।

But you , mountains of Israel , you will grow branches and bear fruit for my people Israel , since they will soon come back to you .
तर , ए इस्राएलका पहाडहरू , तिमीहरूले हाँगाहरू बढाउनेछौ र तिमीहरूले मेरा मानिस इस्राएलका लागि फल दिनेछौ , किनभने तिनीहरू छिटै तिमीहरूकहाँ फर्केर आउनेछन् ।

I will multiply man and beast on you mountains so that they will multiply and be fruitful . Then I will cause⟡ you to be inhabited as you previously were , and I will make you prosper more than you did in the past , for you will know that I am Yahweh .
ए पर्वतहरू , तिमीहरूमा मानिस र पशुका सङ्‍ख्‍यालाई म वृद्धि गराउनेछु ताकि तिनीहरू फल्दै - फुल्दै र वृद्धि हुँदै जानेछन् । त्‍यसपछि पहिलेझैं तिमीहरूमा म बसोबास गराउनेछु , र तिमीहरूको समृद्धि विगतमा भएको भन्दा बढी गराउनेछु , ककिनकि तिमीहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्‍नेछौ ।

I will bring men , my people Israel , to walk on you . They will possess you , and you will be their inheritance , and you will no longer cause⟡ their children to die .
तिमीहरूमा हिंड्‍नलाई मेरा मानिसहरू अर्थात् इस्राएलीहरूलाई म ल्‍याउनेछु । तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूमाथि अधिकार गर्नेछन् , र तिमीहरू तिनीहरूका उत्तराधिकार हुनेछौ , र तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूका छोराछोरीलाई मर्न दिनेछैनौ ।

परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : किनभने तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई भनेका छन् , “ तिमीहरूले मानिसहरू नष्‍ट गर्छौ , र आफ्नो जातिलाई शोकमा पार्छौ , ”

therefore you will not consume people any longer , and you will no longer make your nation mourn their deaths . This is the Lord Yahweh 's declaration .
यसकारण तिमीहरूले फेरि मानिसहरूलाई भष्‍म गर्नेछैनौ , र तिनीहरूले आफ्ना जातिलाई मृत्‍युको शोकमा पार्नेछैनौ । यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।

Nor will I allow you to hear the insults of the nations any longer ; you will no longer have to bear the shame of the peoples or cause⟡ your nation to fall — this is the Lord Yahweh 's declaration . ' "
न त म तिमीहरूलाई जातिहरूको अपमान फेरि सुन्‍न दिनेछु । तिमीहरूले फेरि कहिल्यै मानिसहरूको लाजलाई सहनुपर्नेछैन न त तिमीहरूको जातिको पतन हुनेछ , यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो । ’ ”

Then the word of Yahweh came to me , saying ,
तब परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ आयो ,

" Son of man , when the house of Israel inhabited their land , they defiled it with their ways and their deeds . Their ways were like the unclean menstruation of a woman before me .
“ ए मानिसको छोरा , जब इस्राएलको घराना आफ्नो देशमा बसोबास गरे , तब तिनीहरूले त्यस देशलाई आफ्ना चालहरू र कामहरूले अशुद्ध पारे । मेरा सामु तिनीहरूका चालहरू स्‍त्रीको रजस्वलाको अशुद्धताझैं थिए ।

So I poured out my fury against them for the blood that they poured out on the land and for their pollution of it by their idols .
यसैले तिनीहरूले त्यो देशमा बगाएका रगत र आफ्‍ना मूर्तिहरूले अशुद्ध बनाएका कारणले मैले तिनीहरूका विरुद्धमा आफ्‍नो क्रोध खन्याएँ ।

I scattered them among the nations ; they were dispersed through the lands . I judged them according to their ways and their deeds .
मैले तिनीहरूलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा छरपष्‍ट पारें । तिनीहरू देशहरूमा तितरबितर भए । तिनीहरूका चालहरू र कामहरूअनुसार मैले तिनीहरूको न्याय गरें ।

Then they went to the nations , and wherever they went , they profaned my holy name when people said of them , ' Are these really the people of Yahweh ? For they have been thrown out of his land . '
त्यसपछि तिनीहरू जातिहरूकहाँ गए , र तिनीहरू जहाँ - जहाँ गए , तिनीहरूले मेरो नाउँलाई अशुद्ध पारे । मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूका विषयमा यसो भने , ‘ के यिनीहरू साँच्‍चै नै परमप्रभुका मानिसहरू हुन् ? किनकि यिनीहरू त उहाँको देशबाट बाहिर फालिएका छन् । ’

But I had compassion for my holy name that the house of Israel had defiled among the nations , when they went there .
तर इस्राएलको घराना जातिहरूका बिचमा हुँदा तिनीहरूले मेरो नाउँलाई अशुद्ध पारेका हुनाले मेरो नाउँप्रति ममा दया जाग्‍यो ।

Therefore say to the house of Israel , ' The Lord Yahweh says this⟡ : I am not doing this for your sake , house of Israel , but for my holy name , which you have profaned among the nations everywhere you have gone .
यसकारण इस्राएलको घरानालाई यसो भन् , ‘ परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : ए इस्राएलको घराना , यो मैले तेरो निम्ति गरेको होइन , तर मेरो पवित्र नाउँको खातिर हो , जसलाई तिमीहरू जहाँ गयौ , त्‍यहाँ तिमीहरूले अशुद्ध पारेका छौ ।

For I will make my great name holy , which you have profaned among the nations — in the midst of the nations , you profaned it . Then the nations will know that I am Yahweh — this is the Lord Yahweh 's declaration — when you see that I am holy .
किनकि तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका बिचमा अशुद्ध बनाएका मेरो महान् नाउँलाई म पवित्र बनाउनेछु । जातिहरूका बिचमा तिमीहरुले त्‍यसलाई अशुद्ध बनयौ । तब म पवित्र छु भनी तिमीहरूले देखेपछि ती जातिहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्‍नेछन् , यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।

I will take you from the nations and gather you from every land , and I will bring you to your land .
तिमीहरूलाई जातिहरू निकाल्‍नेछु र हरेक देशबाट तिमीहरूलाई भेला पार्नेछु र तिमीहरूका आफ्नो देशमा तिमीहरूलाई म ल्याउनेछु ।

Then I will sprinkle pure water on you so you will be purified from all of your impurities , and I will purify you from all of your idols .
त्‍यसपछि तिमीहरूमाथि म पवित्र पानी छर्किनेछु , यसरी तिमीहरू आफ्‍ना सबै अशुद्धताबाट शुद्ध हुनेछौ , र तिमीहरूका सबै मूर्तिहरूबाट म तिमीहरूलाई शुद्ध पर्नेछु ।

I will give you a new heart and a new spirit in your innermost parts , and I will take away the heart of stone from your flesh . For I will give you a heart of flesh .
तिमीहरूका अन्तस्करणमा म तिमीहरूलाई एउटा नयाँ हृदय र नयाँ आत्मा दिनेछु , र तिमीहरूका शरीरबाट ढुङ्गाको हृदय म निकाल्‍नेछु । किनभने म तिमीहरूलाई मासुको हृदय दिनेछु ।

For I will save you from all of your uncleanness . I will summon the grain and multiply it . I will no longer put famine upon you .

त्यसपछि आफ्ना दुष्‍ट चालहरू र आफ्‍ना कामहरू जो असल थिएनन् सो तिमीहरूले याद गर्नेछौ , र तिमीहरूका आफ्ना पापहरू र आफ्ना घिनलाग्दा कामहरूका कारणले तिमीहरूले आफ्‍ना अनुहारहरूमा घृणा प्रदर्शन गर्नेछौ ।

I am not doing this for your sake — this is the Lord Yahweh 's declaration — let this⟡ be known to you . So be ashamed and disgraced because of your ways , house of Israel .

Then the other nations around you will know that I am Yahweh , that I built up the ruins and replanted the abandoned places . I am Yahweh . I have declared it and I will do it .
तब म नै परमप्रभु , मैले नै भग्‍नावशेषलाई बनाएँ र त्‍यागिएका ठाउँहरूलाई पुनः स्‍थापित गरें भनी तिमीहरूका वरिपरिका अरू जातिहरूले जान्‍नेछन् । म परमप्रभु हुँ । मैले यो घोषणा गरेको छु र म यो गर्नेछु ।

Like the flock is set apart for sacrifices⟡ , like the flock in Jerusalem at her appointed feasts , so will the ruined cities be filled with flocks of people and they will know that I am Yahweh . ' "
जस्‍तो बलिदानको निम्ति बगाललाई अलग गरिन्‍छ , जस्‍तो तोकिएका चाडहरूमा यरूशलेममा बगाल हुन्‍छन् , त्‍यस्‍तै भग्‍नावशेष भएका सहरहरू मानिसहरूका बगालले भरिनेछन् र म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्‍नेछन् । ’ ”
