Then the word of Yahweh came to me , saying ,
तब परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भेनर मकहाँ आयो ,

" Son of man , prophesy against the shepherds of Israel . Prophesy and say to them , ' The Lord Yahweh says this to the shepherds : Woe to the shepherds of Israel who are shepherding themselves . Should not shepherds guard the flock ?
“ ए मानिसको छोरा , इस्राएलका गोठालाहरूका विरुद्धमा अगमवाणी गर् । अगमवाणी गर् र तिनीहरूलाई यसो भन् , ‘ परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर गोठालाहरूलाई यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : इस्राएलका गोठालाहरूलाई धिक्‍कार जसले आफ्नै गोठालो गर्छन् । के गोठालाहरूले त बगालको सुरक्षा गर्नुपर्दैन र ?

You eat the fatty portions and you dress in wool . You slaughter the fatlings of the flock . You do not shepherd at all .
तिमीहरू बोसे भागहरू खान्छौ र तिमीहरू ऊनको वस्‍त्र लगाउँछौ । तिमीहरू बगालको मोटा - मोटा पशुलाई मार्छौ । तिमीहरूले गोठालाको काम गर्दै गर्दैनौ ।

You have not strengthened those who have diseases , nor do you heal the ones who are ill . You do not bind up the ones who are broken , and you do not restore the outcasts or seek the lost . Instead , you rule over them through strength and violence .
रोगीहरूलाई तिमीहरूले बलियो पारेका छैनौ , न त बिरामीहरूलाई तिमीहरूले निको पारेका छौ । भाँचिएकाहरूलाई तिमीहरूले पट्टी बाँधेका छैनौ , र निर्वासितहरूलाई पुनर्स्थापित गरेका छैनौ वा हराएकालाई खोजेका छैनौ । त्‍यसको साटोमा , तिमीहरू तिनीहरूमाथि बल र हिंसामा शासन गर्छौ ।

Then they were scattered without a shepherd , and they became food for all the living beasts in the fields , after they were scattered .
तब तिनीहरू गोठालाबिना छरपष्‍ट भएका थिए , र तिनीहरू मैदानका जीवित पशुहरूका निम्ति आहारा बने ।

My flock strays on all of the mountains and on every high hill , and it is dispersed over the entire surface of the earth . Yet no one is searching for them .
मेरो बगाल सारा पर्वतहरू र सबै अग्ला पहाडहरूमा भट्किन्छन् , र तिनीहरू पृथ्वी सारा सतहभरि नै छरिएका छन् । तापनि कसैले तिनीहरूको खोजी गर्दैन ।

यसकारण , ए गोठालाहरू हो , परमप्रभुको वचन सुनः

As I live⟡ — this is the Lord Yahweh 's declaration — because my flock has become plunder and food for all the beasts in the fields , because there was no shepherd and none of my shepherds sought my flock , but the shepherds guarded themselves and did not shepherd my flock .
यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो , जस्‍तो म जीवित छु , किनभने मेरो बागल लुटिएका र मैदानका सबै पशुका आहारा बनेका छन् , किनभने त्यहाँ कोही गोठाला थिएनन् र मेरा गोठालामध्‍ये कसैले पनि मेरो बगालको खोजी गरेनन् , तर ती गोठालाहरूले आफ्नै सुरक्षा गरे र मेरो बगालको सुरक्षा गरेनन् ।

Therefore , shepherds , hear the word of Yahweh :
यसकारण , ए गोठालाहरू हो , परमप्रभुको वचन सुनः

The Lord Yahweh says this : Behold ! I am against the shepherds , and I will require my flock from their hand . Then I will dismiss them from shepherding the flock ; neither will the shepherds any longer shepherd themselves since I will take away my flock from their mouths , so that my flock will no longer be food for them .
परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : हेर , म गोठालाहरूका विरुद्धमा छु , र म तिनीहरूका हातबाट आफ्नो बगाललाई लिनेछु । त्यसपछि तिनीहरूलाई बगालको सुरक्षा गर्ने कामबाट म हटाउनेछु । ती गोठालाहरूले अब उसो आफ्नै घोठालो पनि गर्नेछैनन् किनभने मैले मेरो बगाललाई म तिनीहरूका मुखबाट खोस्‍नेछु , ताकि मेरो बगाल तिनीहरूका निम्ति फेरि कहिल्यै आहारा हुनेछैनन् ।

For the Lord Yahweh says this : Behold ! I myself will seek out my flock and I will look after them ,
किनकि परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ : हेर , मेरो बगालको खोजी म आफैं गर्नेछु र तिनीहरूको रेखदेख गर्नेछु ,

like a shepherd seeking his flock on the day he is within the midst of his scattered flock . Thus⟡ I will seek my flock , and I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on the day of clouds and darkness .
जसरी गोठाला आफ्नो छरपष्‍ट भएको बगालको बिचमा भएको दिनमा उसले आफ्‍नो बगलाको खोजी गर्छ । त्‍यसरी नै म आफ्‍नो बगालको खोजी गर्नेछु , अनि बादल र अन्धकारको दिनमा तिनीहरू छरपष्‍ट भएका सबै ठाउँबाट म तिनीहरूलाई बचाउनेछु ।

Then I will bring them out from among the peoples ; I will gather them from the lands and bring them to their land . I will put them in pastures on the mountainsides of Israel , by the streams , and in every settlement in the land .
तब तिनीहरूलाई मानिसहरूका बिचबाट म बाहिर ल्याउनेछु । तिनीहरूलाई देशहरूबाट भेला गराउनेछु र तिनीहरूलाई आफ्‍नै देशमा ल्‍याउनेछु । तिनीहरूलाई इस्राएलको पर्वतहरूमा भएका खर्कहरूमा , खोलाहरूका छेउमा , र देशका हरेक वस्तीहरूमा म राख्‍नेछु ।

I will put them in good pastures ; the high mountains of Israel will be their grazing places . They will lie down there in good places for grazing , in abundant pastures , and they will graze on the mountains of Israel .
तिनीहरूलाई असल खर्कमा म राख्‍नेछु । इस्राएलका अग्ला पर्वतहरू तिनीहरू चर्ने ठाउँहरू हुनेछन् । तिनीहरू असल ठाउँहरूमा र प्रशस्त खर्कहरूमा चर्नको निम्ति बस्‍नेछन् , र तिनीहरू इस्राएलका पहाडहरूमा चर्नेछन् ।

I myself will shepherd my flock , and I myself will make them lie down — this is the Lord Yahweh 's declaration —
मेरो बगालको गोठालो म आफैंले गर्नेछु र तिनीहरूलाई म आफैंले बसाल्‍नेछु , यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ,

I will seek the lost and restore the outcast . I will bind up the broken sheep and heal the sick sheep but the fat and the strong I will destroy . I will shepherd with justice .
म हराएकाहरूलाई खोज्नेछु र निर्वासितहरूलाई पुनर्स्थापित गर्नेछु । भाँचिएका भेडालाई पट्टी बाँध्‍नेछु र बिरामी भेडालाई निको पार्नेछु तर मोटा र बलियालाई म नष्‍ट गर्नेछु । म न्यायको साथमा गोठालोको काम गर्नेछु ।

So now you , my flock — this is what the Lord Yahweh says — behold , I will be a judge between sheep and sheep and between rams and male goats .
यसैले , परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ , अब ए मेरा बगाल , हेर , भेडा - भेडाको बिचमा , र भेडा र बोकाको बिचमा म एक जना न्यायकर्ता हुनेछु ।

Is it not enough to feed on the good pasture , that you must trample down with your feet⟡ what is left of the pasture ; and to drink from clear waters , that you must muddy the rivers with your feet⟡ ?
के असल खर्कमा चर्नु पर्याप्‍त छैन र तिमीहरू खर्कमा बाँकी रहेको कुरालाई कुल्चन्छौ , अनि स्वच्छ पानीबाट पिउनु पर्याप्‍त छैन र नदीहरूलाई आफ्ना खुट्टाहरूले तिमीहरू धमिलो बनाउँछौ ?

म आफ्‍नो बगाललाई बचाउनेछु , र तिनीहरू फेरि लुटिनेछैनन् अनि एउटा भेडा र अर्कोको बिचमा म न्याय गर्नेछु !

I will set over them one shepherd , my servant David . He will shepherd them , he will feed them , and he will be their shepherd .
मेरो दास दाऊदलाई तिनीहरूमाथि म एक जना गोठालो नियुक्त गर्नेछु । त्यसले तिनीहरूको गोठालो गर्नेछ , त्‍यसले तिनीहरूलाई खुवाउनेछ , र त्यो नै तिनीहरूका गोठालो हुनेछ ।

For I , Yahweh , will be their God , and my servant David will be a prince among them — I , Yahweh , have declared this .
किनकि म परमप्रभु नै तिनीहरूका परमेश्‍वर हुनेछु , र मेरो दास दाऊद तिनीहरूका बिचमा एउटा शासक हुनेछ । म , परमप्रभुले यो घोषणा गरेको छु ।

Then I will make a covenant of peace with them and remove the evil wild animals from the land , so that they will live securely in the wilderness and safely sleep in the forests .
त्‍यसपछि म तिनीहरूसँग शान्तिको करार गर्नेछु र देशबाट दुष्‍ट जङ्गली पशुहरूलाई हटाउनेछु , ताकि तिनीहरू उजाड-स्‍थान सुरक्षित बस्‍नेछन् र जङ्गलहरूमा सुरक्षित सुत्‍नेछन् ।

I will also bring blessings⟡ on them and on the places around my hill , for I will send out showers in due season . These will be showers of blessing .
तिनीहरूमाथि र मेरो पहाडको वरिपरिका ठाउँहरूमा म आफ्‍नो आशिष् ल्याउनेछु , किनकि म ठिक ऋतुमा झरी पठाउनेछु । यी आशिष्‌का झरी हुनेछन् ।

Then the trees of the field will produce their fruit , and the earth will yield its produce . My sheep will be secure in their land ; then they will know that I am Yahweh , when I break the bars of their yoke , and when I rescue them from the hand of those who enslaved them .
तब मैदानका रूखहरूले आफ्ना फल उब्‍जाउनेछन् र पृथ्वीले आफ्नो उब्जनी दिनेछ । मेरा भेडाहरू आफ्नै देशमा सुरक्षित हुनेछन् । जब तिनीहरूका जुवाको काठ म भाँचिदिन्‍छु र जब तिनीहरूलाई दास बनाउनेको हातबाट तिनीहरूलाई म बचाउँछु , तब म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्‍नेछन् ।

They will no longer be plunder for the nations , and the wild animals on the earth will no longer devour them . For they will live securely , and no one will frighten them .
तिनीहरू फेरि जातिहरूका निम्‍ति लुट हुनेछैनन् , र पृथ्वीका जङ्गली पशुहरूले तिनीहरूलाई खानेछैनन् । किनकि तिनीहरू सुरक्षित बस्‍नेछन् , र तिनीहरूलाई कसैले पनि त्रासमा पार्नेछैन ।

For I will provide them a land known for its crops ; so they will not be victims of famine in the land , and they will not bear the scorn of the nations .
