These are the words in the scroll that Jeremiah the prophet sent out from Jerusalem to the remaining elders among the captives and to the priests , prophets , and all the people that Nebuchadnezzar exiled from Jerusalem to Babylon .
निर्वासितहरूका बिचमा बाँकी रहेका धर्म - गुरुहरू , पुजारीहरू , अगमवक्ताहरू र सबै मानिस जसलाई नबूकदनेसरले यरूशलेमबाट बेबिलोनमा निर्वासित गरेर लगेका थिए , तिनीहरूलाई यर्मिया अगमवक्ताले पठाएको मुट्ठोमा लिखित वचनहरू यी नै हुन् ।

This⟡ was after Jehoiachin the king , the queen mother , and the high officials , the leaders of Judah and Jerusalem , and the craftsmen had been sent away from Jerusalem .
राजा यहोयाकीन , राजमाता , उच्‍च अधिकारीहरू , यहूदाका र यरूशलेमका अगुवाहरू र कारीगरहरू यरूशलेमबाट निर्वासनमा लगिएपछि यो वचन लेखियो ।

For Yahweh of hosts , God of Israel , says this , ' Do not let your prophets who are in your midst and your diviners deceive you , and do not listen to the dreams that you yourselves are having .
किनकि सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु इस्राएलका परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ , ' तिमीहरूका बिचमा भएका अगमवक्ताहरू र जोखना हेर्नेहरूले तिमीहरूलाई धोका नदेऊन् , र तिमीहरू आफैले देखेका सपनाका कुराहरू नमान ।

For Yahweh says this , ' When Babylon has ruled you for seventy years , I will help you and carry out my good word for you to bring you back to this place .

तब तिमीहरूले मलाई भेट्टाइनेछौ , यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो , र म तिमीहरूका सुदिन फर्काउनेछु । मैले तिमीहरूलाई छरपष्‍ट पारेका सबै जाति र ठाउँहरूबाट म तिमीहरूलाई जम्मा गर्नेछु , यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो , मैले तिमीहरूलाई जुन ठाउँबाट निर्वासित गरें , त्यहाँबाट म तिमीहरूलाई फर्काएर ल्याउनेछु । '

Yahweh says this to the king who sits on the throne of David and to all the people who are staying in that city , your brothers who have not gone out with you into captivity —
दाऊदको सिंहासनमा बस्‍ने राजा र त्यस सहरमा बसोबास गरेका सबै मानिसलाई परमप्रभु यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ , तिमीहरूका दाजुभाइ जो तिमीहरूसँग निर्वासनमा गएका छैनन् —

Yahweh of hosts says this , ' See , I am about to send⟡ sword , famine , and disease on them . For I will make them like rotten figs that are too bad to be eaten .
हेर , तिनीहरूकहाँ मैले तरवार , अनिकाल र विपत्ति ल्याउनै लागेको छु , सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ । किनकि म तिनीहरूलाई कुहेका अञ्जीरहरूजस्तै तुल्याउनेछु जुन खानलाई असाध्‍ये खराब हुन्‍छन् ।

Then I will pursue them with sword , famine , and plague and make them a horrible sight to all the kingdoms on earth — a horror , an object of curses and hissing , and a shameful⟡ thing among all the nations where I scattered her .
त्‍यसपछि म तिनीहरूलाई तरवार , अनिकाल र विपत्तिले खेद्‍नेछु , अनि म तिनीहरूलाई पृथ्वीका सबै राज्यमा घृणाको दृश्‍य , मैले तिनीहरूलाई छरपष्‍ट पारेका सबै जातिका बिचमा तिनीहरूलाई त्रास , सराप र गिल्लाको पात्र र लाजका कुरा बनाउनेछु ।

This⟡ is because they did not listen to my word — this is Yahweh 's declaration — that I sent out to them through my servants the prophets . I repeatedly sent them , but you would not listen — this is Yahweh 's declaration . '
तिनीहरूकहाँ मेरा दासहरू र अगमवक्ताहरूमार्फत मैले पठाएको मेरो वचन तिनीहरूले नसुनेको कारणले यसो हुनेछ , यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो । मैले तिनीहरूलाई पटक - पटक पठाएँ , तर तिमीहरूले सुनेनौ , यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो । '

So you yourselves listen to the word of Yahweh , all you exiles whom he has sent out from Jerusalem to Babylon ,

' Yahweh of hosts , God of Israel , says this⟡ about Ahab son of Kolaiah and Zedekiah son of Maaseiah , who prophesy falsely to you in my name : See , I am about to put them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon . He will kill them before your eyes .
' कोलायाहका छोरा आहाब र मासेयाहका छोरा सिदकियाह , जसले मेरो नाउँमा तिमीहरूलाई झूटा अगमवाणी बोल्‍छन् , हेर् , तिनीहरूको विषयमा सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु इस्राएलका परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छः मैले तिनीहरूलाई बेबिलोनका राजा नबूकदनेसरको हातमा दिनै लागेको छु । उसले तिनीहरूलाई तिमीहरूकै आँखाको सामु मार्नेछ ।

Then a curse will be spoken about these persons by all the captives of Judah in Babylon . The curse will say : May Yahweh make you like Zedekiah and Ahab , whom the king of Babylon roasted in fire .
त्‍यसपछि बेबिलोनमा भएका यहूदाका सबै निर्वासितद्वारा यी व्यक्तिहरूको बारेमा सरापको वचन बोलिनेछ । सराप यस्‍तो हुनेछ , ' परमप्रभुले तिमीहरूलाई सिदकियाह र आहाबजस्तै बनाऊन् , जसलाई बेबिलोनका राजाले आगोमा पोलेका थिए ।

This will happen because of the shameful⟡ things they did in Israel when they committed adultery with their neighbor 's wives and declared false words in my name , things that I never commanded them to say . For I am the one who knows ; I am the witness — this is Yahweh 's declaration . ' "
तिनीहरूले आफ्ना छिमेकीहरूका पत्‍नीहरूसित व्यभिचार गरेर अनि मैले तिनीहरूलाई भन्‍नलाई कहिल्यै आज्ञा नगरेका झूटा कुराहरू मेरो नाउँमा घोषणा गरेर , तिनीहरूले इस्राएलमा गरेका लज्‍जित कुराहरूका कारणले यस्‍तो हुनेछ । किनकि मलाई यो कुरा थाहा छ , र म साक्षी हुँ , यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो ।

" Yahweh has made you priest instead of Jehoiada the priest , for you to be in charge of Yahweh 's house . You are in control of all the people who rave and make themselves into prophets . You should put them in stocks and chains .
' पुजारी यहोयादाको सट्टामा परमप्रभुले तिमीलाई परमप्रभुको मन्दिरको जिम्मा लिन पुजारी बनाउनुभएको छ । तिमी बरबराएर आफैलाई अगमवक्ताहरू बनाउने सबै मानिसको नियन्त्रणमा छौ । तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई साङ्लाले बाँधेर ठिंगुरोमा हाल्नू ।

So now , why have you not rebuked Jeremiah of Anathoth , who makes himself into a prophet against you ?

therefore Yahweh says this⟡ : Look , I am about to punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite and his descendants . There will not be a man for him to stay among this people . त्यसकारण परमप्रभु यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छः नेहेलामवासी शमायाह र त्यसका सन्तानहरूलाई मैले दण्ड दिनै लागेको छु । यस जातिको बिचमा बस्‍न त्यसको लागि कुनै मानिस हुनेछैन । मैले आफ्‍ना मानिसहरूलाई गर्ने भलाइ त्यसले देख्‍नेछैन , यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो , किनकि उसले परमप्रभुको विरुद्धमा विद्रोहको घोषणा गरेको छ ' । "
