Righteousness will be the belt of his waist , and faithfulness the belt around his hips .
धार्मिकता नै उहाँको कम्मर पेटी हुनेछ र विश्‍वस्‍तता उहाँको पटुका हुनेछ ।

त्यस दिन , यिशैको जरा मानिसहरूको निम्ति झण्डाको रूपमा खडा हुनेछ । जातिहरूले उहाँलाई खोज्‍नेछन् र उहाँको विश्राम स्थल महिमायुक्‍त हुनेछ ।

On that day , the Lord will again extend his hand to recover the remnant of his people who remain in Assyria , Egypt , Pathros , Cush , Elam , Shinar , Hamath , and the islands of the sea .
त्यस दिन परमप्रभुले अश्शूर , मिश्र , पत्रोस , कूश , एलाम , शीनार , हमात र समुद्रका टापुहरूमा बाँकी रहेका उहाँका मानिसहरूलाई छुटाउन आफ्नो हात फेरि फैलाउनुहुनेछ ।

उहाँ एफ्राइमको ईर्ष्यालाई उल्टाउनुहुनेछ र यहूदाको शत्रुताहरू नाश पार्नुहुनेछ । एफ्राइमले यहूदाको इर्ष्या गर्नेछैन र यहूदा एफ्राइमको शत्रु हुनेछैन ।

Instead they will swoop down on the Philistine hills on the west , and together they will plunder the people of the east . They will attack Edom and Moab , and the people of Ammon will obey them .
बरु , तिनीहरूले पश्‍चिमका पलिश्‍तीहरूका पर्वतहरूमाथि झम्टनेछन् र तिनीहरू एकसाथ मिलेर पुर्वका मानिसहरूलाई लूट्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले एदोम र मोआबलाई आक्रमण गर्नेछन् र अम्‍मोनका मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूको आज्ञा पालन गर्नेछन् ।

परमप्रभुले मिश्रदेशको समुद्रका खाडीलाई पुर्ण रूपमा नष्‍ट पार्नुहुनेछ । तातो हावासँगै उहाँले युफ्रेटिस नदीमाथि आफ्नो हात हल्लाउनुहुनेछ र यसलाई सात वटा खोलाहरूमा विभाजन गर्नुहुनेछ , यसैले त्‍यसमा चप्‍पलहरू लगाएर तर्न सकिन्छ ।
